Questions travel businesses ask about Tripcerto

What the two products do, where your data goes, and what a pilot delivers.

  • What does Tripcerto do?

Engage answers travellers on your website and passes your sales team a brief. Workspace builds each enquiry into an itemised, priced trip and shows what is still missing.

  • Do we need both products?

Each is sold on its own. Engage works before the enquiry, Workspace after it.

  • Does it replace our travel experts?

Your experts keep the decisions: the recommendation, the price, the exceptions and the relationship. Tripcerto does the reading, structuring and checking around them.

  • Does it replace our CRM or reservations system?

Your systems stay where they are and stay the record. Tripcerto works alongside them, connected as part of set-up.

  • How does Engage go on our website?

As a single embed tag in your brand, set up with you by the Tripcerto team. Your developers can use the API instead.

  • What does our sales team receive?

The whole conversation and a brief: who is travelling, when, for how long, the occasion, the budget and the route. It arrives by email the moment a traveller asks to talk.

  • Do travellers know they are talking to AI?

Yes. The chat window tells every visitor, and the model is told never to claim to be human.

  • What goes into Workspace?

The requirement as it arrives: typed, dictated, pasted from an email or uploaded as a document.

  • How does it find what is missing?

It checks that every stop connects to the next and every night between dated stops has a stay. Gaps and unpriced lines show before anyone quotes.

  • Who decides what goes to the customer?

Your expert. Workspace sends nothing on its own, and every change is logged with who made it.

  • Is our data used to train AI models?

No. None of it is used to train a model, by Tripcerto or by its suppliers.

    How information moves
  • Which AI models does Tripcerto use?

Anthropic’s model writes each reply and keeps nothing afterwards. A model from OpenAI turns short phrases into the vectors used for matching, and keeps those phrases without training on them.

    How information moves
  • What stops it recommending something we do not sell?

Each recommendation comes from matching against the catalogue set for your account, and each one shown is recorded.

    What decides a recommendation
  • Where is our data kept, and who can see it?

Enquiries are stored in London and each business is kept apart. Tripcerto staff are given access only against a stated need.

    Who can reach what
  • Is Tripcerto certified?

Not yet. Tripcerto is working towards ISO/IEC 27001, with Cyber Essentials first. Its security management system is written, approved and operating.

  • What does a pilot involve?

Engage, Workspace or both on one part of your business, set up with the founders and measured on one agreed number.

    What a pilot delivers
  • How much data do we need to prepare?

A pilot starts from the content and data you already hold.

  • How is Tripcerto priced?

A one-off set-up, then a monthly subscription: Engage per business, Workspace per user. AI usage is billed separately, or runs on your own Anthropic account. A pilot’s terms are set out in its proposal.

  • What happens after a pilot?

The result against the agreed number decides whether to roll out.
